One city, many sessions

Ring VI is a beginning, not an ending.

A full development journey is planned for roughly 20–60 active hours. Your city does not progress while the tab is closed, and reaching the Eternal Capital never triggers a victory screen.

Vast late-game infernal capital spanning multiple districts

Development rings

Six chapters of urban transformation

  1. I

    Lost Outpost

Establish the Soul Gate, roads, basic housing, work, and survival services.

  2. II

    Domain of Torment

Specialize districts, expand processing, and govern a more demanding population.

  3. III

    City of Chains

Connect larger systems, manage stronger traffic, and make policy choices matter.

  4. IV

    Black Metropolis

Open more sectors, support higher densities, and begin metropolitan-scale projects.

  5. V

    Seat of the Archdevil

Serve elite castes, survive complex crises, and wield regional authority.

  6. VI

    Eternal Capital

Complete the regional city—then keep refining, rebuilding, and expanding it indefinitely.

The 3×3 region

Expansion creates distance

Each of the nine 64×64 sectors offers room and opportunity, but every border crossed increases travel times, service reach, infrastructure cost, and the impact of weak connections. The long game is not simply more land; it is the challenge of keeping a large city legible and functional.

Endless pressures

The city keeps asking questions

Policies and mandates

Choose lasting rules and short-term objectives that change priorities instead of offering a single optimal build.

Crises and recovery

Soul surges, riots, shortages, and receivership turn failure into a new operating condition.

Great Projects

Monuments create regional effects and new dependencies rather than closing the campaign.
